Getting Started

Yes. When setting up your number, you can select from available area codes to get a number that matches your preferred region.

Yes. You can change your number through the app by purchasing a number change.

Open the Settings section in the app, scroll down to Support, then tap Delete Account.

No, we don't currently support having multiple accounts.

Messaging

To delete a conversation, tap and hold it from the inbox screen for about one second until the options appear, then tap Delete. To delete an individual message, tap and hold the message, then tap Delete.

Double-tap anywhere inside a conversation to show timestamps for all messages. Double-tap again to hide them.

We don't currently provide delivery receipts, but we may add this feature in a future update.

Your Second Texting Number works like a regular phone number, so there's no notification or way to tell if someone has blocked you. We also have no way to check this on our end.

No. Your Second Texting Number works like a regular phone number, so deleting a message or your number only removes it on your end. The recipient will still have access to the conversation until they delete it themselves.

Yes. When you text someone using Second Texting Number, they only see your second number. Your personal phone number is never shared.

Billing & Subscriptions

You can manage your subscription anytime by opening your device's Settings app, tapping your name, then tapping Subscriptions. For step-by-step instructions, visit Apple's guide on how to manage a subscription.

You'll lose access to your number once your subscription expires. You have 7 days to resubscribe and recover your number before it's permanently removed.

Since all purchases are handled through Apple, we don't have the ability to process refunds on our end. You'll need to request a refund directly through Apple.
